About the Role We are looking for an experienced OT Standards & Governance Architect to join our team. This role focuses on developing standards, policies, and procedures for OT cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities • Develop OT governance, standards, policies, and procedures • Design SCADA, PLC, HMI, and industrial network architecture • Implement Purdue Model, ISA/IEC 62443, and NIST SP 800-82 standards • Create engineering documentation and technical specifications Requirements • 10+ years of experience in OT/ICS/SCADA or Industrial Automation • Strong expertise in OT governance, standards, policies, and procedures development • Experience with SCADA, PLC, HMI, and industrial network architecture • Knowledge of Purdue Model, ISA/IEC 62443, and NIST SP 800-82 • Experience in utilities, water/wastewater, energy, or critical infrastructure Preferred certifications: GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443.
