About the Role We are looking for a Pega Architect/Analyst with healthcare experience to join our team. This role focuses on systems analysis and application development within the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Pega workflows and case management solutions • Conduct systems analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders • Create functional documentation and technical specifications • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage UAT processes • Apply Agile methodologies in development and implementation Requirements • 10+ years of experience with Pega Systems and Pega Platform • Solid healthcare domain experience is mandatory • Strong skills in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation • Experience with Pega workflows, case management, and application integrations • Stakeholder coordination and UAT management experience • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
