About the Role We are seeking Senior .NET Developers with strong experience in C#/.NET development, front-end UI/UX implementation, and web accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement front-end UI/UX solutions • Ensure web accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Requirements • Strong experience with .NET, C#, MVC, and Web Forms • Front-end development using HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript • UI/UX principles, responsive design, and usability • Hands-on experience with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 compliance • Accessibility testing tools: JAWS and axe • Experience with enterprise design systems, Bootstrap, and Material • Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines • SQL Server, REST APIs, and middleware integrations • Enterprise application support and troubleshooting • Formal WCAG training and accessibility implementation experience Mandatory Submission Requirement: Candidates must provide code samples or a portfolio demonstrating front-end development and UI work.
