About the Role
We are seeking a Pega System Architect to join our team, focusing on designing and implementing scalable Pega applications with expertise in Constellation and GenAI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into Pega rules and configurations
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications following guardrails and best practices
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and JDBC integrations
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Class Structure, inheritance, and reusable components
• Experience in performance tuning, debugging, code reviews, technical design, and mentoring junior developers
• Strong communication, leadership, and Agile/Scrum experience
Requirements
• 5–8 years of Pega development experience
• Pega CSSA certification with at least 2 years of CSSA-level experience
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and modern UI architecture
• Experience with Pega GenAI capabilities and AI-driven solutions
• Previous Pega upgrades and Pega Cloud experience preferred
