About the Role We are looking for a PeopleSoft ERP Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, particularly in the benefits and pension administration domain. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications and programs • Perform data research, analysis, and mapping for system migration • Collaborate with ETL developers, business analysts, testers, and end users • Prepare technical specifications, conduct testing, and support system integrations Requirements • 6+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools development experience • 3+ years of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration experience • Strong experience with Oracle SQL, SQR, and PeopleCode • 2+ years of PeopleSoft Application Engine experience • Experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher • Strong data analysis, data mapping, and migration skills • Knowledge of PeopleSoft integrations and web services is a plus
