About the Role We are seeking a PeopleSoft ERP Developer specializing in Benefits & Pension Administration. This is a 12+ month contract position requiring local candidates from the Austin metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, test, and maintain PeopleSoft ERP applications • Perform data research, analysis, and complex data mapping for PeopleSoft-to-new-system migration • Collaborate with ETL developers, business analysts, testers, and end users • Support integrations, reporting, technical documentation, and system enhancements Requirements • Must currently reside in the Austin metropolitan area • 2–3 years of state client experience • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration • Extensive experience with SQL, Oracle, SQR, PeopleCode, and Application Engine • Experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher, Pages, Components, and integrations • Strong data analysis and data mapping experience • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills • Glider coding assessment required • Three professional references from three recent companies required • Genuine, verifiable work authorization (USC, GC, H4 EAD, TN)
