About the Role We are looking for an SAP HR Lead for a 6+ month Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This role requires expertise in SAP HR systems and leadership experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP HR configuration, troubleshooting, and AMS/production support • Manage SAP HR integrations and ensure smooth operations • Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis • Expertise in ABAP troubleshooting, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and interfaces • Lead enhancements, testing, deployments, and onsite/offshore teams Requirements • SAP ECC HCM experience across PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management • Hands-on SAP HR configuration, troubleshooting, and AMS/production support • SAP HR integrations experience • Strong experience in incident resolution and root cause analysis • Expertise in ABAP troubleshooting, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and interfaces • Experience leading enhancements, testing, deployments, and onsite/offshore teams Good to Have • Automation/AI-enabled AMS and AWS experience
