About the Role We are seeking an experienced Performance Load Test Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in NeoLoad and enterprise-scale applications, with a focus on designing and executing performance tests. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad (Mandatory) • Validate high-volume transactions across SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, and analytics platforms • Analyze response times, throughput, error rates, and system bottlenecks • Perform end-to-end performance testing of CRM–SAP integrations • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and release readiness recommendations Requirements • 8+ years of overall IT testing experience • 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing • Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad • Enterprise application performance testing • API, middleware, batch processing, and integration testing • Experience with complex, high-volume transaction environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Candidates must reside within the Continental United States and be comfortable with periodic onsite travel to Middletown, Pennsylvania, including approximately one week per month and additional go-live support as required.
