About the Role We are seeking a Performance Load Test Architect/Lead to lead performance engineering strategy for a major enterprise transformation program. This role involves enterprise-scale applications, scalability, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities • Own enterprise performance engineering strategy, standards, and governance • Lead performance and load testing across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, and Dynamics CRM • Define workload models, capacity plans, SLAs, SLOs, and performance acceptance criteria • Identify bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis across applications, databases, middleware, APIs, and infrastructure • Lead NeoLoad implementation, test automation, and performance regression testing • Collaborate with architecture, development, infrastructure, and leadership teams to ensure production readiness Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience • 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives • Expert-level NeoLoad experience • Strong knowledge of SAP enterprise platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations • Expertise in capacity planning, scalability, stress testing, endurance testing, and performance diagnostics • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
