About the Role We are looking for an experienced Performance Load Test Architect to drive enterprise performance engineering strategy for a large-scale transformation program. Key Responsibilities • Define enterprise performance engineering strategy and testing standards • Lead performance testing using NeoLoad • Design production workload models and capacity planning strategies • Lead load, stress, endurance, spike, and failover testing • Identify performance bottlenecks and drive root-cause analysis • Work across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CRM, APIs, and middleware • Establish performance monitoring, automation, and regression testing frameworks • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • 8+ years in performance engineering and load testing • 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives • Expert-level NeoLoad experience • Strong knowledge of SAP ecosystems, enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning
