About the Role We are looking for a Performance Load Test Architect to lead performance testing for large-scale enterprise applications and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Define performance testing strategies and standards • Lead load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing • Identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements • Develop workload models based on production data • Collaborate with architecture, development, and testing teams Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • 8+ years in enterprise performance/load testing • 5+ years leading performance testing initiatives • Expert-level hands-on experience with NeoLoad • Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, and SAP Datasphere • Experience with CRM platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations • Expertise in workload modeling, capacity planning, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis Travel Requirement: Onsite in Middletown, PA, approximately one week per month, plus key project events and potential go-live support.
