About the Role We are seeking a PHP Manager / Technical Lead to lead and mentor PHP development teams. This role involves driving application design, development, and delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor PHP development teams • Drive application design, development, and delivery • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams • Manage sprint planning, project timelines, and resource allocation • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability Requirements • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with PHP • 3+ years of people/team management experience • Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and Microservices • Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and Agile methodologies • Preferred: Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Finance, or Healthcare domains • Preferred: Experience with Magento, WordPress, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch • Preferred: Cloud or PHP certifications
