About the Role We are seeking a Semarchy MDM Architect to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in data management and master data management solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement MDM models, golden records, and survivorship logic • Manage data issues and remediation processes • Provide nightly batch support for data systems • Gather requirements for data mastering initiatives • Utilize analytical and reporting skills with tools like Excel and Power BI Requirements • 4–5 years of experience in Semarchy MDM • 10+ years of overall IT experience • Strong experience with SQL and MySQL • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform • Proven ability to design MDM models and survivorship logic • Experience with data issue management and remediation • Experience providing nightly batch support • Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and Power BI • Experience with requirements gathering for data mastering
