About the Role We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer AI to help build and operate a secure, scalable platform that connects employees, applications, and AI agents with Large Language Models (LLMs) and external tools. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend services integrating LLM providers, self-hosted AI models, APIs, and MCP. • Design and implement event-driven, distributed systems using Go (Golang). • Embed security controls covering authentication, authorization, token management and auditability. • Build self-service capabilities that connect internal tools, business workflows, and AI agents. • Implement access policies, approval mechanisms, and intelligent model routing based on cost, performance, and data sensitivity. • Manage Linux-based containers, deployment configurations, release processes, and rollback strategies. • Establish monitoring, audit logging, and usage analytics to improve platform visibility and operational reliability. • Integrate AI capabilities with workflow automation, desktop assistants, chat platforms, and internal applications. • Maintain technical documentation, architectural decisions, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
