About the Role We are seeking a Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of IT experience in DevOps, Change Management, and the Ivanti Neurons platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM integration, CI/CD automation, release management, and enterprise change control processes. Key Responsibilities • Configure, implement, and support the Ivanti Neurons platform • Integrate ITSM workflows with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes • Manage ITIL-based Change Management, including change requests, risk assessments, approvals, and release governance • Automate deployment workflows, change approvals, and release notifications • Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools • Develop and maintain REST API integrations with enterprise applications • Support Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, and CMDB processes • Troubleshoot platform issues, workflow failures, and deployment-related incidents • Ensure compliance with enterprise change control policies and audit requirements Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons • Experience in DevOps and enterprise Change Management • Ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams • DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation skills • ITIL-based Change Management expertise • IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge • Release and Deployment Management experience • Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD proficiency • REST APIs and system integrations skills • ITIL processes and CMDB understanding • Scripting and workflow automation abilities • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
