About the Role We are looking for skilled Platform Engineers with strong software development and coding experience, along with a passion for building scalable platforms and AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain reusable APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and platform services • Build internal developer tools to improve engineering productivity • Develop backend services using Java, Python, or Golang • Automate software development, delivery, and release workflows • Explore and implement AI-powered solutions, including AI agents and LLM-based applications • Collaborate with engineering teams to establish platform standards and best practices Requirements • Strong hands-on software development and coding experience • Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go • Experience with APIs, backend services, or developer platforms • Knowledge or experience with AI Agents, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, or AI-assisted development • Cloud knowledge – AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also considered • Cloud certification completed or in progress; must be completed before full-time conversion
