About the Role We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), and Backstage to design and build scalable, secure, and developer-friendly platform engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and self-service developer workflows • Develop and customize Backstage portals, Software Catalogs, Scaffolder Templates, and plugins • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native infrastructure • Implement CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure automation • Integrate developer portals with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and engineering systems • Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity Requirements • Kubernetes & Docker • Backstage & Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD • GitOps: Argo CD or Flux • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Pulumi • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Scripting/Programming: Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry Ideal Candidate: Candidates with proven experience building and implementing developer platforms, hands-on Backstage expertise, and strong Kubernetes knowledge.
