About the Role We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our team at Transamerica. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, HPE GreenLake, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions • Manage and maintain AWS and HPE GreenLake environments • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Implement and manage security measures and access controls • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Automate processes using scripting and infrastructure as code Requirements • 9+ years of experience in platform engineering • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and HPE GreenLake • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with IAM, AWS Security, and Access Management • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Harness and AWS CodePipeline • Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell Scripting • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible) • Strong communication and technical leadership skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AWS IAM policies, roles, and least-privilege access • Knowledge of AWS Identity Center and federated access • Experience in cloud security, monitoring, and observability • Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
