About the Role We are looking for a Playwright QA Engineer to join our team for a contract engagement. This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure software quality. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of web applications • Identify, document, track, and report bugs and testing issues • Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure software quality • Analyze test results and provide timely updates on testing progress • Ensure effective test coverage and timely completion of QA activities Requirements • 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation testing • Knowledge of functional, regression, and end-to-end testing • Experience in writing and maintaining automation test scripts • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and provide dedicated support for 8 hours per day
