About the Role We are looking for an experienced PLM Teamcenter Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, Java, and C++ • Customize workflows, business rules, access controls, and data models • Develop and maintain custom modules for Active Workspace and Rich Client • Integrate Teamcenter with ERP systems, CAD applications such as NX and CATIA, and legacy platforms • Support Teamcenter upgrades, data migration, performance tuning, and production support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and implementation • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and deployment Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Teamcenter development and customization • Strong expertise in BMIDE, ITK, SOA, Java, and C++ • Hands-on experience with Active Workspace and Rich Client • Strong understanding of PLM workflows, product structures, lifecycle management, and change control • Experience with Teamcenter APIs, enterprise integrations, and production support • Knowledge of Shell scripting and ERP/CAD integrations
