About the Role We are seeking a PMO Project Manager with expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. This role involves managing IT project/program management for ERP implementation and enhancement projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementation & enhancement projects • Develop integrated project planning, scheduling & critical path management • Handle scope, cost, budget & resource capacity planning • Manage risk, issue, vendor & dependency management • Implement project governance, PMO standards & lifecycle management • Facilitate stakeholder communication, leadership, conflict resolution & negotiation • Work with enterprise system integrations, cloud/on-prem environments & multi-year projects Requirements • 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA / ERP implementation & enhancement projects • PMP Certification • Expert-level MS Project / MS Project Online skills • Strong background in integrated project planning, scheduling & critical path management • Experience with scope, cost, budget & resource capacity planning • Knowledge of risk, issue, vendor & dependency management • Understanding of project governance, PMO standards & lifecycle management • Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, conflict resolution & negotiation skills • Experience with enterprise system integrations, cloud/on-prem environments & multi-year projects
