About the Role We are seeking a Pod Lead with expertise in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical trainers. This role involves reviewing complex technical tasks and ensuring high-quality evaluation standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a pod of technical trainers • Review and validate complex technical tasks, codebases, simulations, datasets, and automated tests • Ensure technical accuracy, reproducibility, and high-quality evaluation standards • Oversee tasks involving HPC, parallel computing, algorithms, distributed systems, ML systems, circuit design, signal processing, power systems, and embedded systems • Identify technical errors, edge cases, unreliable tests, and flawed engineering assumptions • Review reference solutions, automated graders, and computational environments • Monitor team productivity, track revisions, and ensure timely delivery Requirements • PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical expertise in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Rust, Python, Julia, Fortran, MATLAB/Octave, or HDL • Advanced Linux and command-line proficiency • Hands-on experience in at least one area such as HPC, systems programming, scientific computing, circuit simulation, signal processing, power systems, or digital hardware design • Experience reviewing complex technical implementations and validating engineering results • Prior experience in team leadership, mentoring, technical reviews, or quality assurance
