About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with Microsoft Fabric expertise to build governed semantic models, develop executive-ready dashboards, and modernize enterprise reporting on Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities • Build certified, reusable Direct Lake semantic models on Microsoft Fabric • Develop dashboards to track RFQ volume, cycle time, extraction accuracy, review workload, quote-to-order conversion, and AI costs • Deliver executive-ready reports for business, finance, and IT leadership • Migrate legacy reports to Fabric semantic models and eliminate duplicate datasets • Implement RLS, workspace and app design, and deployment pipelines • Document certified models and enable business users to adopt self-service reporting • Communicate progress, technical decisions, risks, and blockers to stakeholders Requirements • 4+ years of experience with Power BI report development and semantic modeling • Strong DAX and data modeling expertise • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Direct Lake and Lakehouse-backed models • Knowledge of Fabric Gold data products and reusable semantic models • Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) and secure report distribution • Experience with Power BI deployment pipelines and Git integration • Experience reporting on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Customer Engagement data • KPI definition and stakeholder collaboration with finance and business leaders Benefits • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge BI technologies • Remote work flexibility • Collaboration with business, finance, and IT leadership
