About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity with a potential duration of 12 months. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement complex Power BI solutions • Develop advanced dashboards and custom visualizations • Migrate Tableau and Crystal Reports to Power BI • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis • Configure and administer Power Platform • Optimize dashboard performance Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling • Advanced SQL and Azure SQL Server skills • Experience with dashboard development and custom visualizations • Knowledge of Power Platform configuration and administration • Familiarity with Tableau and Crystal Reports migration • Understanding of RBAC, security controls, and user access management Preferred Experience • Government or Financial Services domain experience • Student Loan Reporting and Data Validation • Enterprise-level Power BI implementations • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
