About the Role We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join the State of Virginia (VDOT) team. This role involves developing and configuring Power Platform applications and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and configure Power Platform applications and automation solutions • Build internal and external portals using Power Pages • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions • Implement integrations, migrations, and DevOps practices • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and Agile SDLC activities Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform & Dataverse • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) • Experience with Power Automate & Power Pages • Experience with Power BI • 5+ years of experience with .NET, C# & JavaScript • 2+ years of experience with Power Platform DevOps • 3+ years of experience with Azure Synapse / Azure Data Factory
