About the Role We are looking for experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developers to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level business solutions in the insurance domain. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform • Automate business processes and integrate Microsoft 365 services • Implement secure, scalable solutions and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) • Expertise in Power Automate Cloud Flows; Desktop Flows experience is a plus • Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dataverse solutions • Integration experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems • Experience developing custom connectors and integrating APIs • Strong understanding of security, permissions, authentication, and solution deployment • Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and connector management • Strong communication skills
