About the Role We are looking for a Power Systems Engineer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in power systems engineering and involves working with various planning tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities • Perform power flow analysis and network modeling • Conduct transmission and distribution planning studies • Develop and implement solutions using power system planning tools • Utilize programming skills, preferably Python, for system analysis • Work with large-scale network modeling and performance benchmarking Requirements • 13+ years of relevant experience in Power Systems Engineering • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Strong knowledge of AC/DC power flow analysis and T&D network modeling • Understanding of per-unit systems and electrical network parameters • Hands-on experience with power system planning tools • Programming experience, preferably Python Preferred Skills • CYME and GE PSLF • Python and pandapower • NVIDIA GPUs and CUDA libraries • Power system matrices: Y-bus, Jacobian, PTDF/LODF • Transmission or Distribution Planning studies • Large-scale network modeling and performance benchmarking
