About the Role We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to join our team and lead technical decisions in AI architecture and platform development. Key Responsibilities • Drive cross-team technical decisions, platform architecture, and multi-team engineering initiatives • Lead development of enterprise AI architecture and generative AI platforms • Implement AI-assisted software development tools and automation • Design and maintain distributed systems and microservices • Develop API design and data pipelines • Implement event-driven architecture • Provide technical leadership and architecture strategy Requirements • 12+ years of software engineering experience • Significant experience at Staff or Principal Engineer level • Expertise in enterprise AI architecture and generative AI platforms • Experience with AI-assisted software development tools • Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices • Strong understanding of API design and data pipelines • Familiarity with event-driven architecture • Experience with enterprise-scale platform engineering
