About the Role We are looking for a senior, hands-on Data Science professional with extensive experience in demand forecasting, advanced analytics, and AI/ML. Key Responsibilities • Develop demand forecasting solutions for large-scale manufacturing environments • Create finished-goods and product/model-level production forecasts • Apply advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics • Integrate enterprise data across ERP/CRM systems • Design, prototype, validate, and test forecasting solutions Requirements • 15+ years of experience in demand forecasting • Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning • Experience with SAP and enterprise data integration • High-tech manufacturing or consumer technology product experience Highly Preferred • Generative AI and LLM application development • Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Enterprise data integration with LLM-based applications
