About the Role We are seeking a Principal Security Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. This role requires extensive hands-on experience across multiple security disciplines and expertise in securing enterprise workloads across hybrid cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities • Provide extensive, hands-on experience in security disciplines such as Cloud Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management, Network Security, and GRC • Demonstrate multi-cloud expertise in securing enterprise workloads across hybrid cloud architectures, with deep exposure to AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform • Apply strong expertise in securing Infrastructure as Code and configuration management frameworks like Terraform and Ansible • Implement secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices using modern CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated security testing tools • Utilize modern identity and directory services knowledge for federated identity, directory integrations, and securing external/guest user access Requirements • Proven track record in multiple security disciplines • Expertise in multi-cloud environments, particularly AWS and GCP • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools • Experience with secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices • Familiarity with identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID and Okta
