This role requires extensive experience in workforce management systems and agile delivery. Key Responsibilities • Drive UKG Pro WFM product enhancements • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions • Optimize workforce scheduling and labor planning • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders • Lead initiatives and deliver impactful product improvements Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management • Expertise in UKG Pro WFM / Kronos • Strong understanding of Workforce Management Systems • Experience with Labor Forecasting & Workforce Planning • Knowledge of Scheduling, Timekeeping & Compliance • Product Backlog & Agile Delivery experience • Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership skills • Ability to collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations & Technology Teams
