About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst / Product Operations professional with strong expertise in product delivery, stakeholder management, and enterprise data management to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business, technology, governance, and data stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize product enhancements • Define and track KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics, and success measures • Manage cross-functional initiatives throughout the product lifecycle in Agile environments • Drive product adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Program Management, or related technology roles • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Catalog, Metadata Management, and Data Governance • Experience with metadata onboarding, ingestion, stewardship, data lineage, certification, and lifecycle management • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, compliance, AI governance, and enterprise data management • Proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other GenAI platforms • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
