About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager – Development Projects to join our team at OneSource Consulting. You will manage a diverse portfolio of IT projects, driving development initiatives and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate multiple IT development projects • Drive project planning, execution and delivery • Oversee Power Apps projects and .NET developments • Coordinate with developers, data specialists, infrastructure experts and support teams • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges • Support digital transformation and technology initiatives Requirements • Proven experience in IT Project Management • Strong background in managing software development projects • Technical affinity and understanding of development environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to drive projects forward with a hands-on approach • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability • Proficiency in Dutch and English
