About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in healthcare software development to join our client's team. This role involves managing complex healthcare systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage healthcare software development projects • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards • Coordinate with cross-functional teams • Implement project management best practices Requirements • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification • Experience with healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, Claims Processing, Prior Authorization, Care Management, Population Health, Provider and Member Portals • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and regulations including HL7 FHIR, HIPAA, EDI X12 • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes • Technical skills in Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, SDLC Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Release Management, UAT Coordination, Dashboard & Reporting
