About the Role The Project Manager will lead AI capability delivery and translate portfolio direction into disciplined execution. This role is accountable for workstream execution and integrated planning, cross-functional business and technology coordination, milestone management, RAID tracking, decision and action tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, and appropriate escalation. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI capability delivery and translate portfolio direction into disciplined execution • Facilitate delivery coordination and maintain source-of-truth execution artifacts and status rollups • Keep assigned work on track and support alignment across stakeholders • Drive workstream deliverables and take appropriate action when work is off track • Establish and maintain effective relationships with project team members, subject matter experts, internal customers, business partners, and leadership Requirements • 5+ years of project, program, transformation, or delivery leadership experience • Experience leading cross-functional work across business and technology teams • Strong project management discipline, including integrated planning, milestone management, status reporting, dependency management, RAID management, decision and action tracking, and escalation • Ability to drive workstream deliverables and take appropriate action when work is off track • Strong facilitation, written communication, stakeholder management, and influence without authority • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities • Working technical fluency or demonstrated learning agility Desired skills • Experience supporting AI capability or AI workstream delivery • Experience presenting workstream status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership
