About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Telecom Expense Management and Financial Analysis to join our team in New York, NY. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, financial reporting, and telecom billing. Key Responsibilities • Manage Telecom Expense Management (TEM) projects • Perform wireless/wired carrier invoice auditing and billing reconciliation • Develop ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and manage asset management • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking • Analyze telecom usage and optimize costs Requirements • Strong Telecom Expense Management (TEM) experience • Experience with wireless/wired carrier invoice auditing and billing reconciliation • Hands-on ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and asset management skills • Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking capabilities • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and large dataset analysis skills • Telecom usage analysis and cost optimization experience • PeopleSoft experience preferred • Direct experience with telecom billing, carrier invoice auditing, ServiceNow, and financial reporting is required
