Project Manager

Role: #ProjectManager Client: #BankingDomain Location: #Remote We are seeking a versatile, product-minded Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate brings a #hybrid skill set — capable of leading delivery as a #PMO, driving roadmap and backlog ownership as a #ProductOwner, and adapting fluidly based on project needs. This individual brings a product mindset to every engagement, ensuring delivery outcomes are always connected to business value and user impact.   What You’ll Do • Lead end-to-end project delivery (business + technology project activities) — planning, scheduling, risk             management, and stakeholder engagement • Own the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize features with a customer-first mindset • Establish and maintain PMO governance, reporting standards, and delivery frameworks as needed • Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans across Agile and waterfall environments • Partner with business and technology teams across banking operations, compliance, and digital products • Act as bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage • Lead AI projects as project manager / PMO What You Bring • Proven experience in banking or financial services project delivery • Strong product thinking — you connect delivery outcomes to business value and user needs • Ability to context-switch between strategic product ownership and structured PMO governance • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in a banking environment • Experience with both Agile (Scrum) and traditional project delivery methodologies • Understanding of #AI / #GenAI space Required Certifications One or more of the following certifications is required: #PMP #CBAP #CSPO Interested, can DM or Connect and drop your CV in the Chat.
