Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience Required Hours/Week: 40 hrs/week Job Description: ​Function Description 1. Cluster Delivery Orchestration & Governance 2. Agile Coaching & Squad Empowerment Technical Experience Mandatory Proven track record in delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment, ideally in financial services or regulated industries. Project management Stakeholders management Priority Management Risks & Issues Management Preferable Familiarity with banking processes (payments, lending, customer journeys) is a strong plus. Front-end / Digital / Mobile delivery management API Architecture Strategy Release Management Devops knowledge Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical debt management. Business Experience Mandatory Experience working with senior leadership (Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders). Knowledge of the BNPPF organization and objectives. Knowledge of the banking world in general. Ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery plans. Strong analytical skills to assess risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in delivery.
