About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a critical Airtable migration project within the Energy/Utilities domain. This role involves managing the end-to-end migration of complex systems and workflows to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end migration of 90+ Airtable bases and 160+ workflows • Build migration inventories and assess complexity and business criticality • Define migration phases, timelines, resource plans, and execution strategies • Map Airtable functionality to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions • Coordinate data migration, validation, testing, and cutover • Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and leadership reporting • Drive user adoption, training, and documentation Requirements • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience • Experience managing platform, application, or data migrations • Strong understanding of migration planning, data mapping, automation rebuilding, and user adoption • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Power Platform • Experience with SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills Benefits • Opportunity to work in the Energy/Utilities domain • Chance to lead a significant migration project • Potential for professional growth and development
