About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager with strong product-company experience to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of R&D initiatives and partnering directly with Product and Engineering leadership. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, QA & DevOps teams • Manage Agile/Scrum processes including Sprint & Release Planning • Handle Backlog & Capacity Management • Develop and maintain Roadmaps • Implement Risk Management strategies Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in project management • Strong product-company experience • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana/Monday, Aha! / Productboard • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams • Product-company experience is mandatory (IT services, staffing, PMO-only, or systems integration backgrounds are not a fit)
