About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term, remote opportunity supporting a Rural Health Transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and dependencies • Prepare weekly project status reports • Manage risk and issue logs and facilitate monthly review meetings • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, agendas and minutes • Track project budgets and financials using EPMO tools • Manage deliverable approvals and project documentation • Coordinate procurement and change management activities • Prepare lessons learned and final project closeout reports Requirements • PMP Certification (Mandatory) • HIPAA Training (Mandatory) • Strong project management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with project documentation, scheduling, reporting and stakeholder management • Strong experience managing project risks, issues, budgets and deliverables • Ability to maintain project repositories, decision logs and action trackers • Experience with project governance, change management and project closeout Important Submission Requirements • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be a W2 employee of the contracting company • Must successfully clear the required national background check
