About the Role
We are looking for a Provia ViaWare WMS Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing support for Provia ViaWare WMS systems and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide production support for Provia ViaWare WMS 5.5 / Legacy ViaWare 5.x
• Analyze system logs and troubleshoot issues
• Perform root cause analysis for production problems
• Support warehouse management, logistics, and transportation processes
• Work with legacy interfaces and system customizations
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience with Provia ViaWare WMS 5.5 / Legacy ViaWare 5.x
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL Queries
• Experience with legacy system log analysis and troubleshooting
• Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and transportation processes
• Experience with legacy interfaces and system customizations
