About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python/AI Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Python development, and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted development tools to modernize legacy applications and build intelligent, scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django, FastAPI, or Flask • Build Agentic AI applications and AI Agents • Integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows • Develop and maintain enterprise-scale automation systems • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on Python development experience • Strong knowledge of Python, OOP, data structures, and design principles • Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications and AI Agents • Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows • Strong Prompt Engineering and Model Interaction Design skills • Experience with Spec-Driven Development • Proficiency in Django, FastAPI, or Flask • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools • Strong knowledge of Pytest, Unittest, and test automation • 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale automation systems • Experience with workflow-based solutions, Queues, and custom library development • Strong understanding of process engineering, process re-engineering, and software engineering principles
