About the Role We are looking for skilled Python / AI Developers with strong hands-on experience in Python development, AI/ML, and Agentic AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions • Integrate LLMs into workflows • Apply Prompt Engineering and Spec-Driven Development principles • Develop enterprise-level automation systems and workflow-based solutions Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Core Python development • Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into workflows • Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Spec-Driven Development • Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask • Knowledge of AI/ML libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and software engineering principles • Experience developing enterprise-level automation systems and workflow-based solutions • Knowledge of Pytest, Unit Testing, Queues, and Custom Libraries
