About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python/AI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on modernizing legacy applications using AI-assisted development tools and building scalable Python-based applications. Key Responsibilities • Modernize legacy applications using AI-assisted development tools • Build scalable Python-based applications, backend services, and automation solutions • Develop Agentic AI components • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement prompt engineering • Design and implement REST APIs and GraphQL services • Implement workflow automation and enterprise-scale automation solutions Requirements • 7+ years of overall experience • 4+ years of core Python experience • Strong hands-on experience in Python, Django, FastAPI, or Flask • Experience with Agentic AI architecture and AI Agent development • Knowledge of LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, and Spec-Driven Development • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools • Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Microservices, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Workflow Automation • Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn • Experience with Unit Testing using PyTest and Unittest • Knowledge of Enterprise-scale automation, Queues, and Custom Libraries • Understanding of OOP, DDD, Agile, and Software Design Principles Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Collaborative and innovative work environment
