About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python API / Java Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building enterprise-level applications and integrations using Python, FAST, Flask API development, Java, and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities • Build enterprise-level applications and integrations • Develop Python APIs and integrate with Java-based systems • Work with databases including PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, and Snowflake • Implement complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning • Utilize AI-driven SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, and Agentic AI orchestration Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python, FAST, Flask APIs, and API integrations • Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices • Experience integrating Python applications and APIs with Java-based systems and databases • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning Preferred Skills • Fixed Income, Equity, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain experience • Experience with business users in Capital Markets • Frontend experience with Angular or React • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development • Experience reimagining business workflows using Agentic orchestration Ideal Candidate • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Self-driven, innovative, and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
