About the Role We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role involves developing standards and best practices for engineering complex technology solutions, with a focus on AI services and enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs • Review and analyze complex technology solutions for strategic business objectives • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions Requirements • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience • 5+ years of Python full-stack development, including RESTful API design (FastAPI, Flask, Django) • 3+ years of experience with REST API development for AI services • 3+ years of experience with Autosys, OpenShift (OCP), and GCP environments • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and Identity Access Management • 1+ years of experience with GenAI stack Desired Qualifications • Familiarity with Google AI Development Kit (ADK) or equivalent Microsoft AI frameworks • Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks • Expertise in numerical libraries such as NumPy, Pandas • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, ETL processes, and S3 data handling • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith • Experience with vector databases • Proficiency in developing React-based AI agents • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
