About the Role We are seeking a QA Analyst with hands-on experience in the SOFICO Miles platform for a 6-month contract role. This position requires strong testing methodologies and defect management skills. Key Responsibilities • Perform end-to-end testing and QA activities within the SOFICO Miles platform • Design, prepare, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders • Collaborate with BAs, developers, and testing teams to identify and resolve defects • Provide functional guidance on SOFICO Miles processes and workflows • Translate business requirements into practical test scenarios and validation criteria • Contribute to improving testing methodologies, processes, and quality standards Requirements • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SOFICO Miles • 5+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or business analysis • Strong understanding of test design, testing methodologies, and defect management • Experience supporting or coordinating UAT activities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders • Good written and spoken English
