About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Architect to lead enterprise test automation and integrate AI into the QA lifecycle for a global manufacturing client. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise test automation initiatives • Integrate AI into the QA lifecycle • Manage distributed automation teams • Develop test strategy and regression testing plans • Implement defect management and release readiness processes • Provide offshore team leadership and client stakeholder management Requirements • 10+ years in Quality Engineering • 3+ years in QA Architecture/Automation Leadership • Experience with Playwright or Selenium with Java, TypeScript, or Python • Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca • Knowledge of AI-Led Test Automation, AI-assisted test generation, self-healing, and impact analysis • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git • Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP/SAP, and enterprise integrations • Strong background in test strategy, regression testing, defect management, and release readiness • Offshore team leadership and client stakeholder management experience
