About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Architect to lead enterprise quality engineering and drive AI-powered test automation for a global industrial manufacturing client. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead end-to-end QA strategy and automation architecture • Build scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium • Integrate AI into test case generation, self-healing automation, and regression impact analysis • Manage and mentor an offshore team of 4–6 automation engineers • Integrate automation across ERP, Salesforce, and enterprise systems • Work with Tricentis Tosca, Azure DevOps, and Copado • Drive release readiness, quality metrics, defect prevention, and governance • Establish AI guardrails, human review processes, and auditability Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering • 3+ years in QA Architecture or Automation Leadership • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium • Programming experience in Java, TypeScript, or Python • Working knowledge of Tricentis Tosca • Enterprise ERP, CRM, and integration testing experience • Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and test management • Practical experience with AI-assisted testing and automation • Experience leading onshore/offshore teams and engaging senior stakeholders
